Key Goals and related activities
1. Market Development
1.1. Market mapping
1.2. Development of institutional customers/ project customers
1.3. Seeking approval from architects/consultants/ specifiers/Builders
1.4. Timely promotional activity (conducting meets/ participation in exhibitions/ proper utilization of pop)
1.5. Competition activity feedback periodically.
2. Achievement of Annual Sales Target in Volume
2.1. Regular visits to customers
2.2. Follow journey cycles
2.3. Weekly order booking and ensuring order execution
2.4. Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance
3. Customer Satisfaction
3.1. Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries
3.2. Attending customer complaints and if require co-ordinate with technical team for resolution
Key performance index
1. % of achievement against target
2. No of approvals from architect/ consultant/Specifiers
3. No of new OEM / customers developed in quarters
4. 100% collection of payment on time/ No overdue outstanding
Knowledge:
Any graduate. Fresher of 0 to 2 years experience in sales, handing distributors, OEM customers, builders, preferably from electrical industries
Skills:
Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation
