Experience in working in a process led organization as a desktop support engineer Hands on experience in hardware troubleshooting relating to Wintel desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals Hands on experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Office applications and other end user applications Working knowledge of ITIL processes Experience for at least 1 year with an industry leading ITSM tool Good communication skills and ability to converse fluently in English and Hindi Diploma/ BA/ BS/ BE full time degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics or related field Certifications in Microsoft, Linux or Networking technologies (optional) Support Window 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 days
