As a CS Delivery Service Liaison He/She will be responsible to provide Real Time support to the customer by getting the package delivered on timely basis. He/She has to liaise around with the station team and ensure quick actions to resolve customer queries/escalations. Should possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills. He/She will be expected to work independently with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.The right candidate needs to demonstrate a good sense of ownership, deliver results ensuring safety and quality are intact. He/She needs to have the ability to identify process gaps within the operational process and provide insights to better the process.
