Job Description
"1) Shall be responsible for effective execution of the order management process
2) Work on ERP to promptly acknowledge and enter orders with complete accuracy within 24
hours of receipt. Send formal order confirmations within 48 hours of order receipt
3) Be the link between Commercial teams and India Production facility
4) Generate MIS reports for Order Status Backlog and others as per needs of the Department
5) Experience in Back-office /front end
6) MUST know - Knowledge of Order management, co-ordination internally with different
departments so that they can answer the customers, good communication skills.
7) Learn / Apply Altra Business System (ABS Tools) to drive overall improvement "
