Job Description
- Identifying & Appoint potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Communicate with advisors and field leaders regarding results of supervisory activity including one-on-one coaching and delivering sensitive messages
- Preparing strategy & achieving targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Driving various competitions and club memberships
- Supervise all new annuity and insurance accounts and trades
