Front end Business Role Requirement
1) Handling all the incoming calls.
2) Basic Telephonic Etiquettes
3) Awareness of schemes and biking knowledge
4) Call all identified leads and ensure recording of the same in CDMS.
5) To update customer databases in BAL systems.
Customer Handling Role Requirement
1) Maintaining daily reports related to various customer contact callings.
2) To track and compile the customet feedback report on a monthly basis.
Backend Role Requirement
1) Provide operational and administrative support to various other departments.
