GRT monitoring:
- Loan purpose verification
- Verify original documents and verify signatures to ensure they are properly recorded on all KYC documents
- Ensure members do not belong to negative list / industries
- Verify the mobile numbers mentioned by the members by calling. Under no circumstances can the staff’s number or any other client’s contact details be provided on behalf of the member
- Verify interpersonal relationships within group members to ensure if they interact with each other / they are not of blood relation or close relatives
- Fix loan utilization check date for customers / check if the disbursed loan is utilized as per loan sanctioning
- Ensuring that the application Form are complete in all aspects and there are no blank files with blank fields
Branch record management / maintenance
Maintain and up to date all the (Sahyog) registers:
- Employee Movement Register
- Branch Collection Register
- Death & Insurance Register
- Visitor Register
- Morning Huddle Register
- Branch OD Register
- Employee Information Register
- Attendance Register
- FE Branch Meeting Register
Handle document movement activity of respective Branch and maintain data record
Risk / Fraud reporting
- Justification and closure on discrepancies or issues highlighted by Process hub team during quality checks related to customer data / KYC
- Any suspicious or fraudulent activities observed within internal processes or related to employees to be escalated on high priority to the supervisor
- Any frauds / robbery / potential risk related activities occurring with other industries in the same area should be highlighted / reported to the supervisor
- If any negative news / rumor related to Axis bank is observed in the field or by the customers, it should be reported to the supervisor on high priority
