Job Description
We are looking for fellowship trained ophthalmologists with at least a year of experience post fellowship in the following specialties in ophthalmology
1) Cataract and Anterior Segment
2) Glaucoma
3) Pediatric ophthalmology
The CTC would depend upon
1) Fellowship experience – technically how deep the candidate has delved into his/her specialty.
2) Years of experience post fellowship
3) Job Description the candidate is ready to accept with us - This depends on what additional responsibilities the candidate is ready to take up with us which includes fellowship training, administrative responsibilities and travelling to other locations for clinical work to name a few.
We remunerate on a consultant basis and hence provide remuneration under the header of consultancy.
The CTC for a fresher immediately post fellowship starts at 18 lakhs per annum and increases gradually based on the above mentioned criteria to 24-30 lakhs per annum over 3-4 years of experience post fellowship and other responsibilities that candidate is ready to offer.
We perform an annual appraisal of the candidate’s performance and the financial increments are purely based on these appraisals.
