Customer Grievance Officer
Urgently requirement for the profile of Customer Grievance Officer
-Client handling via calls (Outbound/Inbound Both)
- Must have decent typing speed (at least 25 WPM)
-Should having positive attitude towards work
- Awareness of MS Excel & Word
- Drafting Mails & Formal Letters.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi & English both.
- File maintaining in a proper and accurate manner.
- Should be comfortable with flexible working hours, if required (based upon work load)
Experience- 1 to 3 yrs (Fresher can also apply)
Location- Noida
