b. RAC Job Description
i. Connect with associates in person / virtually and understand their experience in terms of what’s working well and what needs improvement. Identify the issues / concerns that need to be resolved.
ii. Document the responses received in prescribed format
iii. Work with Site teams to ensure timely closure of all issues identified
iv. Prepare consolidated reports for reviews with ER and HR teams
v. Should be able travel to sites within base location / city
