Purpose of the Job By being the single direct touch point with the customers, XFEs are the ambassadors of airtel Xtream brand and work towards creating brand & product awareness among potential customer base. They also solve for customer problems and enable airtel to provide seamless customer experience. Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) Generate leads from both online & offline channels Create pipeline of sales prospects/potential customers Pitch the product to potential customers & create awareness of offerings/plans Follow up with leads & drive closure Create brand awareness & visibility on the ground for airtel Xtream through BTL activities Work with customers on the ground for seamless customer on-boarding experience.
