Job Summary:
We are hiring a competitive and trustworthy Executive-Sales-Demat Account for OJASVIN WEALTH CREATION PVT LTD. to help us build up our business activities. They must be comfortable presenting
products or service over the call as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the call.
Job Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible to generate leads and client acquisition via outbound calling.
• Advising and briefing Clients about the benefits and features of trading into different segments of Share Market.
• Guiding customers in opening Demat Account.
• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• To source the business via Bank channel/open market. Key focus areas Acquiring broking clients (primarily on line)
• Activating clients for trading post acquisition.
• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.
• Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of
service focus areas being : Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products
• To review and manage your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to achieve sales target.
