Designation: QC-Full Owner Search (Title Searching- Single Seating)
Process: Single Seating
Shift: Rotational Shift (Monthly)
Language: Fluent English Communication
Quali: Any Degree / UG can Apply
Exp: min. 2 yrs of Experience
Salary: No Bar for right candidate

Job Description:
As a Title searcher you have to order, review, and maintain titles searches from the vendor companies to determine a property title’s legal condition.
Summarizing recorded documents affecting title to property.
Also have to examine GI matters for the affecting owners.
Have to prepare initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.
Functions/Responsibilities
• Participates in delivering the assigned task adhering to quality standards.
• Performs title examination of PIQ requiring an online level of expertise.
• Examines the chain of title for orders of varied complexity.
