"The SOHO Specialist is broadly an Outbound AF tagged to the store who will extract PP Gross (majorly COCP/COIP) from the catchment via –
1. Cold Calling/ Hunting
2. Farming
3. Lead Calling to Micro Firms and Self Employed
4. Trade Activities
They will serve as the Relationship Managers and improve service for all SMEs in the catchment
List of Activities/ Responsibilities
· Hunting and Farming SMEs in the catchment
· Record leads/ manage funnel/ maintain DSR on Work app
· Leverage online resources like JustDial, IndiaMart via the SMEs Near Me feature
· Ironman Calling on own base of COCP/COIP
· Calling and booking appointments for geography based database shared by Marketing
· Customer Service and Complaint Resolution via virtual tokens flowing to store teams
· Identify upcoming professional events/ trade fairs. Work with ZM/SM for permissions
Selection Preference
Prefer recruiting from our existing AF Pool – those who are consistently bringing COCP/COIP GADs. Else, hire externally with relevant experience. Candidates must be interviewed by ZM + D2C Head
