Job Description
We are looking for candidates joining us as Sales Manager in Bengaluru. The salary for the role would range from 11000 to 28000.
Lead-based work, which is assigned by branch
Organizing sales visits to interested customers
Showing and presenting suitable insurance policy
Maintaining accurate records of existing bancassurance customers
Reviewing your sales performance of yours and setting a goals
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual goals.
Candidate requirements:
1.Graduation in Any Stream
2. Mini. 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing of Life Insurance
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
5. Age: 24 to 38 Yrs.
Channel: On Roll- Agency
Other: Local candidate of that area and have good local network.
CTC upto 3.20 LPA+ incentive + bonus + 60k city bonus at the end of the year
