We are looking for candidates joining us as Insurance Sales in Pune. The salary for the role would range from 20000 to 25000.
Designation :- Unit Manager
Channel :- Agency Channel
Location :-Ahmedabad,Pune
Qualification :- Graduation
Age :- upto 32 or below
Salary: - 4 lacs LPA + Incentive
Exp :- 2 years into Banking,Insurance sector
Responsibilities and Duties:-
SM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
