· Responsible for Service , installation, inspection of Products of organization.
· Provides on site services, installs new products, and escalates the customer's complaints in an appropriate manner, so that they are resolved in time.
· Dismantles the defective parts and replaces it with the new ones
· Responsible for scheduling and completing the planned service work for the organization's product.
· Plays a key role in providing the technical expertise and maintains records of inventory and test equipment assigned to him.
· Responsible for responding promptly and providing on-site professional remedial solutions for the customer's queries, performing the maintenance functions and testing it as to whether it runs smoothly or not."
