Job Description We are looking for a dedicated sales promoter to join our marketing team. This role shall be for Licious, under a third-party vendor (TPV) who will be responsible for your payroll. The statutory documents will be shared by the TPV. The job involves standing hours and working during festivals and major occasions. The key stakeholders for the role holder shall be the members in Marketing team of Territory Sales In charge, Territory Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager spread across Head Office, support functions and within different verticals of the company. Having sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities • Attracting new customers and improving profits. • Assisting with product launches and events. • Improving knowledge of the product range. • Answering questions and addressing customer concerns. • You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team. • Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths. • Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports. • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers. Desired Candidate: • High school diploma or similar. • Experience in retail recommended. • Sharp customer service skills. • Ability to work independently. • Excellent observation skills. • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
