Asales coordinatoris responsible for coordinating the flow of products or services to customers. They manage the schedules and territories of the different members of thesalesteam, setsalesgoals and arrange training schedules.
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
2. Answer questions about products of the company.
3. Responsible for resolving queries to walk-in customer.
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
6. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
8. Lead Generation, Cold Calling.
Must Have :
English /Hindi - Speaking Fluency is mandatory to drive sales.
