Roles and Responsibilities
• Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
• Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
• Maintain Daily Reports.
• To find new leads.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
• CTC: Up to 3.50/4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
• Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
• Age: 21 to 37 years
• Education: Any Graduation
