Front end Business Role Requirement
1) Ensure Workshop Profitability
2) Ensure sale of Spares & other margin making items
3) Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
4) Supervise, manage and monitor automotive service technicians and repairers.
5) PDI and warranty Management.
6) Monitor workshop Quality and delivery performance parameter such as RV, TAT, manpower training levels etc
Customer Handling Role Requirement
1) Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
2) Handle customer escalation & resolve them
1) Facilitates and/or conducts technical training and sends employees to appropriate training as needed.
2) Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
3) Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
4) Initials all repair orders before submitting them to the warranty department, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectations.
