Job Description
"· Monitoring the work permits, Gas testing and other activities to ensure safe working in a hazardous installation.
· Regular inspection of Fire pump room, Fire hydrant System, Fire Extinguishers, OHC, Ambulance and First Aid Boxes.
· Hazardous activities monitoring, Natural gas Yard, ETP and STP periodic inspection.
· Warehouse& Loading Dock Safety Precautions, Vehicle safety and Driver safety.
· Shop floor daily inspection, reporting unsafe act, unsafe condition, Root cause analysis, Corrective actions, Lead toolbox talks. Conduct shop floor trainings.
· Period testing of Lifting tools, Stack Monitoring, ETP, STP & Ambient Air and corrective actions.
· Conducting Risk assessment and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard.
· Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work.
· Inspection of machines, lifting tools, Forklifts and other Equipments to ensure the compliance and safe working.
· Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working.
· Training to the shop floor and service staff.
· Ensuring the safety induction of workers.
· Ensuring contractor’s safety programme. Pre entry inspection of tools tackles, Equipment fitness pass.
· Knowledge of 5S Program, Solid waste Management
· Accident incident reporting, Investigation, RCA and CAPA implementation.
· Lead Mock Drills/ Periodic fire Drills"
