Job Responsibilities:
· Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
· Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
· Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
· salary negotiation & taking the follow ups
Key Highlights-

· Candidates must be having at least 06 months recruitment experience with any Consultancy/Staffing Company.
· Candidates must have good Hiring experience for BPO Clients.
· Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
· Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
· Job Profile will be permanent Work from Home.
· Own Laptop & Internet connection is mandatory.
· Must have knowledge of End to End recruitment cycle.
· Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
· Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
· Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
