Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
● Visit customers (and follow up) to collect overdue payments through personal visits
● Counseling customers and convincing them for payments
● Skip tracing of customers for in-correct or change of address cases
● Provide service to customers for any product/service related issues by liaising with backend teams
● Update Daily/Weekly trackers and perform self-quality check
● 1-3 years of experience in field collections
● In-depth understanding and knowledge of the location and language
● Good communication and negotiation skills
