Job Description
Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution for the footfalls on the store.
1. Cold Calling/ Hunting
2. Farming
3. Lead Calling to Micro Firms and Self Employed
4. Trade Activities
5. Responsible for driving sales for various Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my APP, etc. for new & existing customers
They will serve as the Relationship Managers and improve service for all SMEs in the catchment
