Candidate should be from BPO background.
-Should have Sales Exp.
-Managing Day by day Planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.
-Prepare schedules for the teams and ensure attendance
-Should have knowledge about Dialer strategy.
-Should have knowledge about Client and Data management.
-Should know throughout calculation like attrition, Shrinkage.
-Should be aware of KPI and KRA.
-Should have Sales Exp.
