Other Aspects - Good Communication Skills (Regional language proficiency is must)
- Good Sales Pitching Skills
Professional Qualification - B. Arch ( 2-3 years of work experience)
- Experience in working with Construction firms / projects, preferably experience of Individual Home Building projects (interior design profiles are to be avoided)
Reporting Structure / Working Hours - This profile will report to Regional Technical Head with dotted line reporting to the Zonal Experience Center Manager.
- The person should be operating from Experience Centers created at Various locations (within Zonal /Regional / Depot Offices)
- The person is expected to follow office hours set by respective regions
Operations - Welcome customers to the Experience Center
- Create a professional environment for the customers to visit the store
- Ensure the relevant data points are collected
- Understand the requirement based on the stage of construction
- Pitch the Relevant Service and Product to the Customer
(Based on the Stage and Requirement)
- Provide VR Demo and VR Service (For Interested Customers)
- Raise Requests Directly on the Back-end
- Support Customer with Design Delivery Queries and Data Collection
- Co-ordinate with Contact Center For Delivery
Partner Management
- Co-ordinate with the partner and central team for delivery of design services
- Co-ordinate with the partner to conduct expert meets for third-party services
- Outward QC and SLA Monitoring
