The Sales Person is to achieve all personal sales goals as set out by the Store Manager while working Within the framework of all company customer service policies. Key Responsibilities • Sales • Provides service to all potential customers within the guidelines of the Five Step Customer • Service Program. • Achieve the personal sales and other key statistics targets as set by the Store Manager. • Ensures to maintain a positive professional behaviour while on duty. • Delivers product to all customers with speed, accuracy and professionalism. • Maintains merchandise, displays and signage as per the Store Managers directions. • Participate in all store meetings. • Participate in keeping the store neat, orderly and presentable to customers at all times.
