Good understanding of RF optimization, 3GPP specs, KPIs and counters, parameters for Nokia, Ericsson etc. . . should have good understanding of call flows, accessibility and retainibility KPIs, optimization techniques etc. . . should understand SCFT process, GPL, LMS and Baseline paremeters . . .
