Responsibilities of candidates include:•
Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
Requirements:
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Diploma or graduates will be a plus.
Freshers and experienced both are welcomed
Should know English & Hindi
