Field Sales Officer

·         Responsible for end-to-end process of ATM Replenishment for assigned route and reports should be submitted to office.
·         Responsible for attending FLM/SLM calls and close within given TAT.
·         Responsible to maintain/prepare all records as per Cash Indent.
·         Responsible for guide ATM route crew for smooth operation.
·         Capture cards and deposit submitted by customer in ATM & drop box.
·         Responsible for ensuring that below activities should be done in presence of both ATM Custodian of single assigned route
·         Cash receive from Vault as per bank indent.
·         Cash loading in ATM.
·         Handing over the remained cash to vault/Bank after completion the ATM Route.
·         Responsible for ensuring that ATM password combinations should be kept with both ATM Custodian separately don’t share with anyone.
·         Responsible for ensuring that in case of ATM Custodian change or if on leave than ATM password should be change.
·         Responsible for reporting to Supervisor for any Switch differences/ shortage / counter difference / Overage from ATM Site.
·         Responsible for tallying physical cash with switch counter and ATM machine counter.
·         Responsible for custody of handed over all cash from Vault office/Bank.
