Good with Communication Skills
· Knowledge of DSL/BRI/Analog line/FTTH
· Knowledge of SS7, SIP,Q.921/DSS1 and H.248
· Basic knowledge of IP Network for FTTH or Multimedia connection
· Good Knowledge of ISDN Call flow
· Administration of SIP, V5 Inter Faces and other VAS Services.
· To resolve faults and ensure minimum customer downtime with co-ordination with other concerned teams.
· Coordination with vendor for critical fault (TT, Data exchange, symptom collection, Trace etc)
· Capability of handling customer faults e.g. Soft faults related to Broadband and Landline
· Ability to work in 24X7 shift environment.
