Interview Venue - Financial District, Gachibowli, Telangana 500032
Interview Date - Monday (4 July 2022)
Interview Timings - 10:30 am 12 pm
Salary Slab - 15k CTC to 21k CTC (+ 27% of CTC as variable bonus)
Working Days - 5 Days Working culture
Shift Timings - Rotational Shift Start from 7 AM till Midnight 12
(Women Employees - No Shift beyond 8.30 PM)
Off's - 2 Rotational
Process Type - Voice Process (Max. 40-50 calls per day)
Designation - CRM Sales (Customer Relationship Manager)
Qualification - Graduation Mandatory (Full time or Part Time)/ Post Graduation (Finance)
Operational Checklist :
· Excellent communication in English.
· Understanding about the contact center and thought process should be clear for working with a company.
