Job Description
1- O&M of approx. 120 Sites.
2- Need to Carry Out GPM of all assigned sites.
3- Ensuring all assigned sites are Alarm free(SA/NSA/Infra).
4- Ensure all Transmission Nodes must be Alarms free(SA/NSA/RSL/HI-LOW/Errors/Fluctuation for all TN/RTN/IP-10).
5- Outages need to be Attend timely & Ensuring minimum MTTR.
6- Ensure all WFM KPI’s are meeting(vg Acknowledgement time <10 mins, Task completion time <120 min , Avg. Closure SLA <60 mins,% Task acknowledged>99%,% task closure>99%,Engineer Login %>100).
7- Ensuring 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure 'ZERO' Fatality.
8- Responsibility of maintaining Spares, timely Declaration of utilized Healthy spare & Declaring Faulty Spares through NSS Apps.
