They will perform this task primarily via chat & outbound calls. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
Good customer service skill with command on Hindi & English language. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal They should be able to speak, read & write both Hindi & English languages Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools Typing speed of (30 to 45 words per minute) with 85 % accuracy Fresher Candidates – both Undergrad, Graduate and post graduate will be acceptable Person needs to qualify Versant test for language competency. Qualification – Level 5 Available & Flexible to work in rotational shifts Immediate joiner will be preferred
