"Ensuring Daily BOD / EOD process of Trading system (Omnesys NEST).
Monitoring of Trading(NEST) and Backoffice(LD) application.
Monitoring of application infra in OPManager monitoring tool.
Pro-active issue reporting and escalations on trading & backoffice application.
Providing Technical support for trading applications, backoffice, Branches & Business partners.
Logging of all issues into CRM Ticketing tool.
Monitoring of Ubona voice logger solution.
Providing limited support on Whatsapp.
Preparing systems for Mock trading session and ensure all stake holders are tested and logs are collected.
Ensuring of server-side housekeeping work.
Strictly follows daily, weekly & monthly activities on application & Server side.
