Installation of the machines
Attending Breakdown Calls received from customer as well as helpdesk
Preventive maintenance of the machine as per the SLA agreemen
Payment Collections as per Area Manager/Team Leader Directive
Timely Voucher Submission
Follow the SLAs provided
Software up gradation
Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix
Monthly FFM PM Completion - 95%
Update to be shared with AM on monthly basis ,SLA Overall for FFM - 95% ,Soft Copy of MSR should be submitted to Specialist on or before 3rd of every month
Hard Copy of MSR to reach Specialist by 7th of every month
Need to take confirmation from Specialist on report submission
All RR spares to be returned back to RLC within 7 working days from the date of receipt
