Job Description
Condition Based Monitoring knowledge of all the equipment in Power Plant
Monitors equipment used in a petrochemical process-manufacturing
environment.
Knowledge and ability to use various monitoring equipment including vibration
meters, computerized vibration data collector. And preferably thermoghraphy
camera, sound analyzer, Oil analyzers.
Assists in balancing.
Monitors and collects oil and grease samples.
Assists in preparing action notes and reports.
Have knowledge of type of oils & crease.
SHE, plant policy, and procedure compliance.
Be able to follow monitoring checklists and keep logbooks
Be able to identify problems in lube systems, leaks, change in lube color etc.
