Business Manager

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/B.E/Diploma in Egg/ITI – Electrical & Electronics
Experience:
 At least 3-4 years in electrical or electronic segment
 Should have team handling experience
 Must have worked in the industry/manufacturing
 Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic subject
Role & Responsibilities:
 Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel & discipline employees
 Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
 Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions
 Work closely with project manager and assist program execution
 Managing all on site installation, repair, routine maintenance, and test tasks
 Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
 Produce timely & detailed service reports
 Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
 Teaches customers how to use their products.
 Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
 Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.
 Follows all company policies and procedures.
 Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
 KPIs setting of field team
 Weekly review and performance evaluation
 Training on technology adoption and deployment
Travel: Up to 100%, Field Role
