Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/B.E/Diploma in Egg/ITI – Electrical & Electronics
At least 3-4 years in electrical or electronic segment
Should have team handling experience
Must have worked in the industry/manufacturing
Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic subject
Role & Responsibilities:
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel & discipline employees
Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions
Work closely with project manager and assist program execution
Managing all on site installation, repair, routine maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Produce timely & detailed service reports
Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Teaches customers how to use their products.
Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
KPIs setting of field team
Weekly review and performance evaluation
Training on technology adoption and deployment
Travel: Up to 100%, Field Role
Reporting: Project manager
