1. Calling the to remaind their due date of instalment
2.Remainder call to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI Payment
3.Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time
4. To take customer regress follow - Up to recover dues
5.Create trust relationship with dedtors when possible to avoid future issues
6.Update account status and database regularly
7. To Achieve Targets have assigned
