Job Description
· Qualification – Diploma or even Graduate with Auto experience will help.
·
· Work experience - 3-4 Years
· Travel Reimbursements will be separate
· Primary job of this person - He will be visiting on field local workshops/garages and meet Gurus (in TML Mechanics are called) to make them aware about the client products and create brand loyalty among them so that they recommend customers for client commercial vehicles. Keep meeting them and ensuring that those workshops are client loyal and spread the word among the customers.
· Skill Set required –
o person need to be abit of technical knowledge
o most importantly they need be persuasive
o Excellent convincing skills
o Good in follow-ups
o High on energy
