Configuring, troubleshooting, training and supporting technical needs of the customer.Working as Transmission O & M, 2G and 4G Network.
• Transmission parameter tuning for equipment’s likes Huawei, Ceragon IP-10, Ceragon IP-20.
• Providing value added customer services by attending customer site meetings to resolve queries and
issues and conducting instrument demonstrations for updating the customers.
• Assisting in the entire service/ maintenance function & co-coordinating with the customer service team
for providing proactive maintenance solutions. Tracking daily complaints, ensuring proper manpower and
route planning to ensure lesser response time and faster speed of service.
• POP BW utilization maintaining to reduce BW choke
• Coordinating with Concern Teams for 3G /4G media related Issues.
• Execution of 3G Rehoming and pop migration activity.
• Co-coordinating with their respective engineers & handed over the End to End links with Ethernet
testing
