We have urgent opening of HR Recruiter/HR Executive for Thane.
PFB the Roles and responsibilities:
Understanding the requirement on manpower from the business and sourcing candidates.
Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the onboarding formalities.
Collecting documents from the selected candidates.
1. Responsible for the complete life cycle of total recruitment process of the company.
2. Evaluate candidates through job portals & Social networking.
3. Responsible for sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Selecting, On boarding.
4. Responsible for Employee verification.
6. Consultancy experience can be considered
7.Prior experience into bulk hiring preferred
8. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Work from office
Eligibility :
· Minimum HSC
· Good communication Skills
· shift timimg-9:30am to 6:30 Pm
· Good communication Skills
· Minimum 6moths to 1 year experience in same role
· Preferred someone from BPO industry.
