Renewal and Sharing activities for all telecom operators under IP company Indus Towers Ltd
Renewed more than 250 plus lease deed under company AOP.
Maintain High uptime network to make healthy customers relationship.
Government body lesion with Polish and MC officers, identified so many Government sites and done MOU with concern department
Exploring and enhancing new business opportunities through various routes to the market and expanding existing customer base. Leading efforts towards targets attainment for the area.
Acquiring and understanding client needs and requirements and servicing the same accordingly. Negotiating ground leases with land owners and lease agreements with Urban and Rural areas.
Discerning zoning and permitting requirements for each site and completing zoning and permitting submittals.
Participating in and testifying at zoning hearings, as required. Received appreciation for smoothening process between Govt. regulatory bodies.
Collaborating with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and external partners in the development and implementation of strategies and plans.
