Roles and Responsibilities
• Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
• Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
• Takes major decisions for his team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
• To find new leads.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.

• Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
• CTC: Up to 3.50/4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
