We are looking for candidates joining us as Customer Care (Chat Process) in Kolkata. The salary for the role would range from 11500 to 13500.
Responsibilities of candidate include
• communicate with customers through live chat to answer questions
• solve problems
• Excellent in written, reading communication
• Should be flexible and medically fit for Night Shifts.
• Typing Speed – min. 30-35 wpm
• Out Station Candidates are not eligible
