DIP Okay 95% +
70%+ conversion / day / city .
Attrition less than 2%
KRA
Timely flow of daily performance reports
Audit call on all Not Interested cases ( Try to convince to customer ) & Reschedule cases if any
Daily communicating to KYC agent next day pick up .
Ensure All Agents mapped to TL -reach 70%+ level Leads conversion per month
Ensure 100% CLEARENCE of Rework cases in less than 4 days & daily 100% uploads
Maintain Monthly Master MIS Report & attendance report with Agent total Collection count
Ensure WIP cases should not cross more than 5days . It should <5%
