"* Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
* Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc
* Handling the exit clearance of the employees
* Coordination of various stakeholders to communicate employee movements such as joining, transfer and exit
* Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
* Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
* Coordination with IT and Admin for new employee IT Assets, Mobile Handset, Uniform and I Card
* Facilitating employee reimbursements in coordination with finance team
* Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personnel file, personnel database, etc.) of each employee
* Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
* Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
* Checking attendance and invoices and record in SAP for timely credit of the amount into Business Advisor’s accounts
* Preparing letters such as confirmation, transfer, service, acceptance of resignation and ad-hoc letters
* Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
* Preparing monthly HR Operations MIS
