Job Description
Regional manpower updation (Onroll & Offroll)
Prepration of demand V/s collection and share with regional team.
Followup on OD collections with Regional team
Supporting the team on Account opening pending with coordination with ZCO based on requirements
Quess Staff attendance followup
Preparing EDMs whenever required
Preparing Regional presentations (Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual)
Attending Regional meeting and concalls, followup on actionable discussed.
Calling to the RMs on low performance, figureout the issue and inform to RSM.
Supporting on New branch expansions to the region's
Supporting on RSM work whenever required
Finacle ID creation for all the staffs
Clearing Process Hub queries
Preparing internal circulars and inform to repsctive team.
Prepration / Sharing of data as per the requirement of Business Team
Co-ordinates with branches and take update on Total manual collections of the day and 100% receipt generation against collection and accordingly update the same with process hub for further apportionment
In Case of Manual collection reporting Region MIS SPOC confirms with branches on account wise correct payment details and cross check via tele-calling
Regional MIS co-ordinates with field team and collect the daily CGT/ GRT data from the branches and compiles it
Regional MIS co-ordinator collect QC data from Process hub by discussing with each and every branches
To check the daily disbursement targets Vs Achievements and share the update/MIS to concern branches
