· Achieving monthly/annual targets rolled out on volumes ,IRR ,no of units ,and quick delinquency resolution.
· Conceptualizing, planning and executing Sales Promotion Campaigns
· Creating 3rd Party distribution and servicing through Connectors/Builders/DSAs, Empanelment of new connectors, conducting weekly review of Connector, Ensuring pay outs to Connectors on time.
· Giving regular feedback on Major Institutions, and updating on competition activities.
· Revenue generation through Insurance and processing fees, and ensuring Insurance penetration minimum at 60-70%.
· Collecting Legal & Technical papers and closing the files.
· Creating a referral pool(2 references) from each customer, and Ensuring complete customer satisfaction right from prospecting to login to disbursement
· Timely resolution of OTC (Deferrals) and PDDs
· Maintaining discipline as per organization policies and procedures and reporting as per company designed system
